We're a bunch of IT consultants who'd rather spend time solving real problems than sitting in meetings talking about solving problems. Been doing this for 13 years now, and we've worked with everyone from startups running on coffee and hope to established companies dealing with systems that haven't been updated since the 90s. Our Story
Meridian Partners started in 2011 when three frustrated IT managers decided there had to be a better way to do consulting. The original idea was basic: show up on time, do solid work, and don't oversell what you can't deliver. Sounds simple, right? It's. We've stayed small on purpose—46 people now—because we'd rather know our clients by name than manage a sprawling operation. Over the years, we've helped businesses in Delhi, across Uttar Pradesh, and beyond fix infrastructure problems, migrate systems, beef up security, and basically get their technology house in order.
